    A police officer shot a 61-year-old man in a wheelchair nine times for stealing a toolbox from a Walmart store. The U.S.A  no longer trains police officers to maintain law and order, and also protect citizens but trains criminals who are ready to spare the lives of their fellow criminals and kill law-abiding citizens.
